HOW WE WORK
Orders
Place your order by 3:00pm through an online app Ordermentum for overnight delivery. Orders are typically delivered by 6:30am Monday to Saturday.
Payments
Credit card payments are only accepted with each order placed. This ensures all our contract baker suppliers are paid on time to continue supply and to offer you the best prices.
Delivery
Your orders are baked with our contract baker suppliers in the evening and delivered to our central depot in Sydney where the Bakery Connect drivers pack your orders and then deliver between 2:30am and 6:30am. We require keys to the venue to ensure safe delivery without any issues of theft or rodents.
